Nevertheless, she has been linked with a few individuals over time. One significant controversy involves her tumultuous relationship with actor Hrithik Roshan. The Tejas actress claimed a romantic involvement with Hrithik, a claim he vehemently denied, sparking a highly publicised legal battle and exchange of allegations between the two actors.

Amidst her rise to fame, she faced personal struggles, including an alleged relationship with Aditya Pancholi, which reportedly ended due to accusations of physical abuse. The actress reportedly dated Aditya early in her career. Their relationship garnered attention due to the significant age gap between them. Well, it seem that Kangana Ranaut's relationships have often been marked by turbulence and controversy.

Kangana Ranaut's rumored relationship with UK-based doctor and scientist, Nicholas Lafferty, caught the public's attention. While initially tight-lipped about their romance, Kangana eventually confirmed her relationship with the 28-year-old during an appearance on Simi Garewal's show, revealing they were in a long-distance relationship. Despite being seen together at various events in Mumbai and appearing to be steady, the couple surprised many when they decided to end their relationship. Speculations arose that the geographical distance between them may have contributed to the short-lived affair.

Aditya Pancholi

Kangana Ranaut was a struggling actress when she met Aditya. Despite a significant age difference of 20 years and the fact that Aditya was a married man with children, the two reportedly fell in love and entered into a relationship. However, their romance began to unravel amid reports of physical abuse. Eventually, the relationship ended on a sour note. It was rumoured that Aditya had provided Kangana with a substantial amount of money to buy a house and had also paid for her sister's hospital bills following an acid attack.

Calling Kangana 'mad', Aditya told Bollywoodlife, "She is a mad girl, what to do, did you see the interview? Didn’t you feel like some mad person was talking? Who talks like that? We have been in the industry for so long, nobody has ever spoken anything so evil about anyone. What should I say, she’s a mad girl. If you throw stones in mud, it will only spoil your clothes. I am going to take a legal action against her. She is lying that’s why I am taking legal action against her. I don’t know about other people, but as far as my story goes and what she has spoken about me, she has said all lies. She has to prove that I have done that. My family is very much affected by it. My wife and I will take legal action against her,” he said.

Adhyayan Suman

Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman's romance blossomed on the sets of their film, 'Raaz 2.' Following Kangana's breakup with Aditya Pancholi, she reportedly found solace in the arms of Shekhar Suman's son. Their relationship appeared stable for a while, but eventually, they decided to part ways. Media reports speculated that Adhyayan's father, Shekhar Suman, disapproved of their relationship and preferred his son to marry the daughter of a prominent builder.

Adhyayan Suman previously accused Kangana Ranaut of practicing black magic and even physically hitting him. In response, Kangana retorted that hitting him wouldn't have been a bad idea. She pointed out the absurdity of the accusation, stating, "He was 95 kgs and I was 49 kgs. How could I ever hit him?" She added with a touch of irony, "However, now that I look at it, I should have hit him."

Hrithik Roshan

Their relationship began during the shooting of the film 'Krrish 3.' She claimed that Hrithik had pursued her and that they had been together for a significant period. Hrithik, on the other hand, vehemently denied any romantic involvement with Kangana. The feud escalated when Kangana referred to Hrithik as her 'silly ex' in an interview, prompting Hrithik to take legal action against her. Hrithik sent a legal notice to Kangana, demanding a public apology for defamation. In response, Kangana sent a counter-notice, accusing Hrithik of trying to intimidate her.

Hrithik claimed that Kangana had been sending him hundreds of emails, to which he never responded. He also stated that an imposter, using his name, had been communicating with Kangana. The police were involved to investigate the matter, and Hrithik's laptop and phone were submitted for forensic examination.

Both Kangana and Hrithik made several public statements regarding the controversy. Kangana maintained that they had been in a relationship and accused Hrithik of trying to malign her reputation.
