Kangana Ranaut is known for using her social media platform to share her candid opinions. Recently, she candidly revealed to her followers that sunscreen isn't part of her skincare routine. Kangana took to her Instagram stories, emphasizing the significance of sunlight. In her caption, she said that capitalism promotes numerous products to consumers, suggesting that these lessons are driven by profit motives.
Taking to social media, the actress wrote, "Capitalism has taught us many things just to sell stuff to us, and worse of them all is 'sunscreen' it has taught us to be scared of sun and its exposure... which is so damaging... Sun is our God, there is nothing to fear from Sun, I don't even own a sunscreen... If I get sun it's a party for me (sun emoticons)."

Kangana recently shared a clip from Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan I. In the caption, she wrote, "Bolly lyricists have written enough about solah saal ki bali umriya (youth) but failed to harness the subtle undercurrent of sensuality, sexuality and seduction in a woman in her forties/fifties because she is not only beautiful but also smart and experienced…a lethal combination. The actress also shared a long note praising Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She wrote, "I deeply admire Shri Sanjay Leela Bhansali as an artist, he never fakes success or glory... Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana Ranaut is all set to star in Emergency. The actress has also directed the movie, in which she will be seen playing the role of former Indian PM Indira Gandhi. It is all set to release on November 24, 2023.
