Kanguva Film Editor Nishadh Yusuf Death: Renowned film editor Nishadh Yusuf was tragically found dead in an apartment located in Panampilly Nagar. The shocking discovery was made at approximately 2 am on Wednesday, sending shockwaves through the cinematic community. According to police officials, the circumstances surrounding Yusuf's untimely passing suggest a suspected case of suicide, although further details remain undisclosed pending investigation. 

This loss has reverberated throughout the industry, as the 43-year-old Yusuf was a highly respected and accomplished film editor, celebrated for his exceptional craftsmanship. His repertoire boasts an array of critically acclaimed and commercially successful films, including Thallumaala, Chaaver, Unda, Saudi Vellakka, One, Operation Java, Bazooka and Kanguva. Yusuf's outstanding contributions to Malayalam cinema were formally recognised with the prestigious Kerala State Film Award for Best Editor in 2022, a testament to his dedication and artistry. 

The news of Nishadh Yusuf's untimely passing sent shockwaves through the Malayalam film industry, with colleagues and collaborators expressing their heartfelt condolences. Suriya, the star of Kanguva, took to social media to mourn the loss of the talented editor. You'll always be remembered as a quiet and important person of team Kanguva... In our thoughts and prayers..! My heartfelt condolences to Nishadh's family & friends. RIP, Suriya posted, reflecting on Yusuf's invaluable contribution to the film.

Studio Green, the production banner behind Kanguva, also paid tribute to Yusuf's memory. In a poignant social media post, they stated, "We are deeply shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of our beloved editor, #NishadYusuf. Your talent, dedication, and vision were invaluable assets to our team, and your absence leaves us with a profound void.
