Suriya’s 'Kanguva' is touted as one of the highly-anticipated movies of the year. In a new update, the movie will be released in 38 languages worldwide in 3D and IMAX formats. The movie is directed by Siva and features Disha Patani in the titular character and is all set to hit the theatres in April 2024.

Gnanavelraja Ke, the producer, shared that their goal is to expand the reach of Tamil cinema into untapped markets with the marketing and release of Kanguva. Additionally, the release of Kanguva is anticipated to chart new territory for Tamil cinema in terms of box office performance and audience outreach.

Cinematography for the film is handled by Vetri Palanisamy, while the musical score is composed by the acclaimed 'Rockstar' Devi Sri Prasad. Additional members of the cast will be disclosed in the coming days. The team is set to unveil intriguing details about the movie, enhancing the anticipation for fans of Megastar Suriya. The producers intend to launch 'Kanguva' in the summer of 2024.

The official title ‘Kanguva’ was revealed in April 2023.
