Lauren Pisciotta, a former executive/personal assistant of singer-designer Kanye West, filed a lawsuit against him on June 3, alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination. According to TMZ, Pisciotta claims that Kanye fired her after sending inappropriate sexual texts and videos. She is suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment. Kanye hired Lauren in July 2021 after meeting her while working on his fashion line, Yeezy. She states that she collaborated with him and contributed to three songs on Donda.
A year later, she says he expressed a desire for her to be 'God-like'. Allegedly, he requested her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her $1 million annually if she complied.
Lauren sues Kanye for sexual harassment
According to the report, Lauren alleges that Kanye engaged in disturbing behavior during their phone conversations, including masturbating and asking if she could hear or guess what he was doing. She also claims he had an obsession with the penis sizes of her boyfriends.
According to TMZ, the situation escalated with more explicit texts allegedly sent by Kanye, detailing his sexual fantasies involving women with explicit language. One of them read, "Is my d*** racist? It is. This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** ... Beating the s*** out of his big black c***."
The lawsuit also alleges that Kanye sent Lauren sexual videos and photos, including footage of him engaging in sexual activity with a model. Despite these allegations, Lauren stated that she was promoted to the position of chief of staff for Kanye's various companies and was earning a salary of $4 million. However, she was terminated from her position in October 2022. Although she claims to have been promised a $3 million severance package, she has yet to receive it.
