Kareena Kapoor recently shared that she wants her sons, Taimur and Jeh, to watch Jab We Met in theatres as part of a special film festival celebrating her 25 years in Bollywood. As per News18, during a press conference for the event, she mentioned that while her sons haven't started watching her films yet, she feels Jab We Met would be a great introduction. Kareena joked that her intense role in Omkara might be "a little shocking" for them, especially given their father, Saif Ali Khan’s, character in the film.
Kareena starred in Jab We Met alongside Shahid Kapoor, and the movie became a massive hit, known for its refreshing storyline and memorable dialogues. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film marked a turning point in Kareena’s career, particularly her portrayal of Geet, a bubbly and talkative character who left a lasting impression on audiences. Shahid played Aditya, a heartbroken man who transforms through the course of the film, and their on-screen chemistry was widely praised.
