Despite her updated bio, netizens continued to flood her posts with questions. Screenshots circulating online show Karina replying directly to comments to distance herself from the actor. In one viral exchange, she responded to a follower by stating, "I’m not his gffff!!!" When another social media user went as far as to warn her about the actor’s reputation, she reiterated her stance, replying, “I'm not his gffff!!!! (girlfriend).”

According to reports, Karina Kubiliute is a student currently based in the UK and is also a cheerleader. The rumours drew extra scrutiny due to the significant age gap between the two as reports suggest Karina is 18 years old, while Kartik Aaryan is 35.
