Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar are teaming up once again after their first collaboration, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The actor and producer duo will join hands for a high-concept comedy movie, which Fukrey director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba will helm. The trilogy will reportedly feature the actor facing off against a snake in an adventurous and comedic battle.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala shared the major update about Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar's new collaboration on his X handle. His post read, "#KartikAaryan will star in Fukrey director #MrighdeepSinghLamba’s high-concept, big-budget comedy trilogy, produced by #KaranJohar & #MahaveerJain. Filming begins this September."


Recently, Mid-Day quoted a source stating that Kartik Aaryan and Mrigdeep have established their expertise in comedy, and with this upcoming project, they will explore the lesser-explored realm of creature comedy.

The source also added, "Hindi television has famously tackled the theme of naagin. Now, it will be interesting to see this subject, which was popular in Hindi films in the 1980s, return to the silver screen."

Talking about Kartik and Karan's Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, the movie is a romantic comedy directed by Satyaprem Ki Katha fame Sameer Vidwans. This project marks the second collaboration between the actor and the director. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Tewari, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora. It is slated to release on February 13, 2026. Fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the female lead, with Ananya Panday's name being speculated.

Besides this, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor is gearing up for Anurag Basu's upcoming musical romantic drama alongside Sreeleela. Tentatively titled Tu Meri Zindagi Hai, this highly anticipated movie is set to captivate movie buffs with its enchanting storyline and fresh pairing. The film is scheduled to hit theaters this Diwali. Photos and videos of Kartik and Sreeleela from the sets are going viral, leaving fans excited.
