Known for her outspoken and bold persona, Kashmera Shah is currently participating in 'Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment' alongside her husband Krushna Abhishek. The show features celebrities engaging in culinary battles, with Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi serving as judge and Bharti Singh as the host. The show features a lineup including Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Karan Kundra, Arjun Bijlani, Nia Sharma, Sudesh Lehri, Reem Sheikh, and Jannat Zubair. In one of the recent episode Kashmera and Krushna were joined by Archana Gautam, a former contestant of Bigg Boss 16.
During the shoot, Archana Gautam made a playful remark to Krushna Abhishek, suggesting he hug her from behind while she cook the food, which sparked a reaction from Kashmera Shah. Comparing her situation to that of Armaan Malik's in Bigg Boss OTT 3 over slapping incident, Kash told FilmyBeat, "I think Armaan should have warned Vishal Pandey instead of slapping him. I understand Armaan got protective of his wife, which is understandable, but because he didn't hear Vishal's exact words about Kritika Malik (Armaan's second wife), he should have reacted more maturely. Vishal is a teenager, while Armaan is a grown adult; he should have handled the situation better. However, that's their personal space, and we are not in a position to comment on it."

"For example, I am also very possessive about my kids, as every mother is. I am very possessive about my husband too. During one of the episodes of Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment, Archana (Gautam) jokingly said for Krushna to hug her from behind, which irked me. I told her to behave properly, otherwise, I would slap her. I won't tolerate it if a woman tells my husband to hug her from behind. So, I understand that in such situations, especially involving your spouse, you will react in a certain way. So, in that sense, Armaan isn't entirely wrong," she added.
In a dramatic episode, Armaan Malik slapped Vishal Pandey after he complimented Kritika's beauty. The altercation escalated due to claims by Payal Malik, who accused Vishal of making derogatory remarks about Kritika.
Armaan, Kritika's husband, reacted strongly out of protective instincts. While numerous viewers backed Vishal and criticised violence on the Bigg Boss show, others justified Armaan's actions, citing his role as a concerned spouse.
