A powerful, important film that stands tall and stays deep with the Indian in you. This is storytelling that deserves to be seen across languages. We @SureshProdns will do everything we can to bring this cinematic gem to Telugu audiences in the best way in cinemas.”

A special screening of Kesari 2 was held in Delhi for several BJP leaders, including Hardeep Singh Puri. Sharing his piece of review, Singh wrote on X, “We are very privileged to have been given this opportunity to watch this film that not only promises to be, but what I'm sure is a fantastic blockbuster, something which focuses on a transformational period in our history, which takes history out of the history books and with the talent and brilliance of Bollywood brings it to all of you.”

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta reviewed, "It is a marvellous movie... I always say that we will never get the chance to die for our country, but we can surely live for our country... So many people sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our country and they got lost in history; we don't even know their names. Now when we are living in an independent country, it is our duty to live for our motherland."

About Kesari 2: The movie is based on the book The Case That Shook the Empire. According to the book's synopsis, it revolves around the infamous trial that sent shockwaves around the world, exposing the atrocities committed by the British in India. The trial, which was one of the longest in history, marked a defining moment in India's struggle for independence.

Through a portrayal of the trial's proceedings and the complexities of the nationalist movement, the book offers a revealing glimpse into the events that shaped the nation's future. The film adaptation, Kesari Chapter 2, aims to recreate this significant chapter in Indian history, promising an engaging and thought-provoking cinematic experience.
