Kesari Chapter 2: Akshay Kumar is leaving no stone unturned in his efforts to bring the life of lawyer C. Sankaran Nair to the big screen in the highly anticipated historical drama Kesari 2. After igniting excitement with a gripping trailer, the actor now teases audiences with his new look. He transforms into a Kathakali dancer, a traditional art form from Kerala. This isn't just a costume but a symbol that resonates with his character in the film, who fought the British Empire not with weapons but with the law.

Akshay Kumar took to his Instagram to share a new glimpse from Kesari Chapter 2. In the new poster, he poses as a Kathakali dancer. Kathakali, a classical Indian dance-drama from Kerala, is known for its elaborate costumes, vivid makeup, and its storytelling through intricate hand gestures and facial expressions. These elements align with Akshay’s role as C. Sankaran Nair. The actor explained this in his caption, writing: "This is not a costume. It’s a symbol — of tradition, of resistance, of truth, of my nation. C. Sankaran Nair didn’t fight with a weapon. He fought the British Empire with the law — and with fire in his soul. This 18th APRIL, we bring you the court trial they never taught in textbooks."
