Aashish Mehrotra, known for his role in the popular TV show Anupamaa, recently expressed gratitude towards filmmaker Rohit Shetty after reportedly being eliminated from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. The actor, who had previously worked with Shetty on the reality show India’s Next Superstar, shared a heartfelt note along with photos of their reunion on Instagram.
In his emotional post, Aashish reminisced about his first encounter with Rohit Shetty on India’s Next Superstar, where Shetty was a judge. Aashish expressed his admiration for Shetty and his desire to work with him. He then recounted his journey on Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, where he was able to reunite with Shetty after six years. Aashish expressed his joy at earning Shetty's love and appreciation once again, describing the director as "special" to him.
Aashish also shared adorable pictures of himself and Rohit Shetty sharing warm hugs, showcasing their bond. Before joining Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, Aashish played the role of Paritosh (Toshu) in Anupamaa. He left the show midway to participate in the stunt-based reality series.

A report by India Forums also revealed that Aditi Sharma and Shilpa Shinde were evicted from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 before Aashish's elimination. Fans of Aashish Mehrotra and Rohit Shetty have been touched by the actor's heartfelt note.
