Kiara Advani is one of the top actresses in Bollywood in recent times. The actress, who gave big hit movies like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kabir Singh, Shershaah, Lust Stories, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and Satyaprem Ki Katha to name a few, has made her Cannes debut this year. Recently, the actress was asked about her plans to reunite with her husband and actor Sidharth Malhotra in a movie. Kiara said that she is ready to do a film with Sidharth only when the script excites them.
In an interview with Film Companion, Kiara said “I feel like Shershaah gave us a lot of love as a couple. So there’s a certain excitement, and people want to see us together. I’ve never really thought of it like, ‘as a couple, how does this work?’ I think we’re individual people first and actors later. So, that’s how we would go about looking for something. But yeah, we would love to work together, but it has to excite us equally.”

Notably, Kiara and Sidharth fell in love with each other after they first met at the screening of Lust Stories. Since then, the couple often made headlines for their relationship until they tied the knot in 2023. During their dating days, the duo also played the lead roles in Shershaah. Directed by Vishnuvardhan, the movie was the biopic of the late Indian Army officer Vikram Batra. The late army officer was martyred in the 1999 Kargil War.

On the other hand, Kiara attended the 77th Cannes Film Festival to represent India at the Women in Cinema Gala dinner. The dinner was hosted by Red Sea International Film Festival and Vanity Fair Europe on 18th May.

Kiara Advani’s upcoming projects
Kiara will be next seen in the Telugu movie Game Changer alongside Ram Charan. The movie is slated to be released in September this year. It also casts talented actors including Jayaram, Dil Raju, SJ Surya, Samuthirakani, and Nassar in key roles. She will also feature in Ranveer Singh starrer Don 3. The actress recently joined Ayan Mukerji's War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan.
