Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi unveiled the trailer of Kingston on their social media handles. The trailer takes viewers deep into the coastal village, where unexpected events unfold in the sea. It also introduces a mysterious warning advising the residents against venturing into the sea. The film shows how fishermen who enter the waters either meet violent ends, are shot dead, or mysteriously end up committing suicide. In the movie, GV Prakash plays the role of a young man driven by money, who ignores the effects of the strange occurrences around him. However, as events take a drastic turn, his curiosity leads him to investigate and dig deeper into these mysterious happenings.

Directed and written by Kamal Prakash, with dialogues penned by Dhivek Sekar, Kingston is produced by GV Prakash Kumar. The film is set to hit silver screens on March 7, 2025. Alongside GV Prakash, the movie also stars Divyabharathi, Chetan, Sha Ra, Azhagam Perumal, Elango Kumaravel, Ravi Mariya, Sabumon Abdusamad, Nizhalgal Ravi, Antony, Arunachaleswaran, and Rajesh Balachandiran in key roles.
