Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu led 'Kushi' is helmed by Shiva Nirvana and is set to hit screens on September 1. The film's lead pair has already won hearts with their crackling chemistry in the film's popular songs. Now, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda have shared the trailer release date of the film, announcing the same on their Instagram. The trailer release date of 'Kushi' has been locked for an August 9 release.
The Shiva Nirvana directorial has been cleared with a U certificate announcing that the trailer will be of two minutes and forty-one seconds long. The lead protagonists also shared a romantic poster of themselves in which Vijay and Samantha can be seen sitting together and enjoying their 'me-time' with an adorable dog in the poster.

'Kushi' is written by Shiva Nirvana, who has earlier directed films like 'Majili', 'Ninnu Kori', and 'Tuck Jagadish.' The makers have not unveiled the teaser of the film, which is the norm, but have released three singles, namely 'Aaradhya', 'Kushi', and 'Naa Roja Nurve' respectively.

The music score is given by 'Hridayan' fame composer Heshan Abdul Wahab, and the lyrics of all three songs has been penned by the director of the film himself. 'Kushi' is releasing on September 1 in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.

The film also features Murali Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Lakshmi, Vennela Kishore, Rohini Molleti, Saranya Pradeep, and Rahul Ramakrishna in pivotal roles. 'Kushi' is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. It marks the second collaboration of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu after 'Mahanati.'
