L2 Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and starring Mohanlal, has been released in theaters all over the world. Thanks to its effective marketing campaign and promotional materials, the Malayalam movie has created a lot of excitement both domestically and internationally.

Mohanlal also surprised his fans by going to the Kavitha theater in Kochi on Thursday morning to see his movie L2 Empuraan with them.

Mohanlal, the Malayalam superstar was seen entering the theater with his security guard in a video that went viral on social media. He was spotted greeting everyone with folded hands while wearing all-black attire for the event.

Mohanlal's fans were caught off guard with the sight of their favorite celebrity in the theater. They were loudly applauding and hugging the Malayali superstar.

Mohanlal, Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Indrajith, and Prithviraj will all return to their roles from the first Lucifer film in the series in Empuraan. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Eriq Ebouaney, Jerome Flynn, and Abhimanyu Singh also feature in the Malayalam movie.

L2 Empuraan centers on Mohanlal's Stephen Nedumpally, also known as Khureshi-Ab'raam, a mysterious political figure involved in a power struggle following the passing of a political leader. The 2019 movie received accolades for its drama, action scenes, and Mohanlal's acting, and it was a huge commercial and critical success.

With pre-sales on the first day reaching Rs 35 crore and grossing over Rs 50 crore for the whole opening weekend at the global box office, sacnilk claims that L2: Empuraan has reached an incredible milestone. It is now the first Malayalam movie to earn Rs 50 crore before its premiere.
