Laapataa Ladies BTS Video: Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have collaborated for the comedy-drama movie 'Laapataa Ladies' which has created excitement among the audience ever since its announcement. Set in 2001 in the rural parts of India, the movie revolves around the jolly mess that ensues when two young brides get lost from a train. In the new behind the scene video, Kiran Rao has introduced Chhaya Kadam as Majnu Mai and gave insight into her character.

Sharing the video, the official Instagram account of Jio Studios wrote, "@chhaya.kadam.75 aka Manju Mai brings warmth and positivity even behind-the-scenes. #LaapataaLadies on 1st March."

'Laapataa Ladies' is presented by Jio Studios and is a comedy-drama with a quirky narrative, hilarious dialogues, and a talented cast. The movie stars Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, Chhaya Kadam, and Ravi Kishan in lead roles.

The movie is produced by Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions, with the script based on an award-winning story by Biplab Goswami. The screenplay & dialogue are written by Sneha Desai, while the additional dialogues have been jotted down by Divyanidhi Sharma. 'Laapataa Ladies' will release in theatres on March 1, 2024.

On the work front, Kiran Rao last directed 'Dhobi Ghat'. Aamir Khan was last seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' along with Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya in the lead roles. He has taken a break from acting after the release of 'Laal Singh Chadha'.
