The story focuses on a famous businessman’s suicide. six months after his demise, his wife was killed in a suspicious accident. When she was hospitalised she told an auto driver that she wanted to meet Comrade Balettan to reveal some important secret. The movie stars Arjun Sarja, Nikki Galrani, Gireesh Neyyar, Mukesh and Aju Varghese in key roles. Kannan Thamarakkulam’s directorial was released in theatres on August 29, 2024. It is currently streaming on the popular South OTT platform Simply South.
Padikkadha Pakkangal (Simply South)
A woman kills a fake journalist who has evidence of her sister’s murder. She then gives the evidence to police which leads to further investigation implicating several other crimes. The movie features Yaashika Aanand, Eereen Adhikary, Aadhav Balaji, Navila Jo and Muthu Kumar in pivotal roles. Selvam Mathapan’s directorial was released in theatres on 17th May, 2024. The movie is currently streaming on Simply South.
Vithaikkaaran (Prime Video/ Simply South)
The story revolves around the smuggling world. It creates havoc when the male protagonist has been asked to retrieve certain withheld goods. The movie stars Simran Gupta, Sathish MuthuKrishnan, Anandraj, John Vijay, G Marimuthu, Aadukalam Naren and Madhusudhan Rao in significant roles.
