The coronation of King Charles III on May 6 is a highly anticipated event, but so is the coronation concert on the following day, May 7. The concert will feature a long list of celebrities, including new additions Tom Cruise and Nicole Scherzinger.

Tom Cruise and Nicole Scherzinger are among the list of celebrities set to perform at the upcoming Coronation concert in Windsor Castle. This event is highly anticipated, and both Cruise and Scherzinger are no strangers to royal events. Cruise attended Princess Diana's funeral in 1997, while Scherzinger was involved in a pageant commemorating the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee in 2022.

Joan Collins, Tom Jones, Bear Grylls, and Oti Mabuse will be joined by Tom Cruise and Winnie The Pooh in pre-recorded videos for the Coronation concert, where they will reveal "little-known facts about the King." BB Studios, who are producing the event, described the videos as "pre-recorded sketches to celebrate the crowning of the King and the Queen Consort." It will surely be interesting to see these virtual attendees at the event.

Paloma Faith, Tiwa Savage, Steve Winwood, Olly Murs, and Pete Tong are among the other musicians who will be performing alongside Katy Perry and Lionel Richie at the ceremony concert. Indian actress Sonam Kapoor is also confirmed to make an appearance, where she will introduce the Commonwealth virtual choir. English actor Hugh Bonneville will host the event, which fans are eagerly waiting to watch.

Regarding her upcoming performance at the coronation concert, Scherzinger expressed her deep honour to be part of the historic occasion. She shared that the UK has been like a second home to her, and being able to contribute through her singing is incredibly meaningful.

"I am incredibly honoured to be a part of such a historic event. The U.K. has been my home away from home for many years now, so this means so much to me to be lending my voice through the gift of song. The piece I will be singing is such a powerful, moving song. And to be sharing the stage with Lang Lang will be a dream come true; a once-in-a-lifetime performance," she said.

As per a report by OK magazine's, an insider revealed that King Charles was also eager to have Adele and Ed Sheeran to perform at his upcoming Coronation concert. However, they refused to perform at the event. While Ed cited scheduling conflicts, Adele reportedly had no other performances planned after March 25.
