Marvel Cinematic Universe's popular mini-series 'Loki' is all set to return with its second season. The series revolves around the God of Mischief, Loki, who embarks on a chaotic journey after the event of 'Avengers: Endgame' as he gets trapped in the mysterious Time Variance Authority (TVA), an organisation monitoring time and space. Starring Tom Hiddleston in the titular role, the first season of 'Loki' became a huge hit and is one of the most popular and highly rated Marvel series.

Loki Season 2 Plot:

The official synopsis of 'Loki Season 2' reads, "Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15, and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous Multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes, and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose."

Loki Season 1 Recap:

Time Variance Authority (TVA), an organisation monitoring time and space, is introduced in the first season and kidnaps an alternate version of Loki after he steals the Tesseract during the events of 'Avengers: Endgame'. He is caught in a dilemma when he has to choose between being erased from existence and helping fix the timeline and stop a greater threat. His chaotic adventure as he teams up with Mobius and meets different versions of him, including his female version named Sylvie.

Apart from Tom Hiddleston, 'Loki Season 2' also stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, Jonathan Majors, and Neil Ellice. Sasha Lane, Jack Veal, DeObia Oparei, and Richard E. Grant. Rafael Casal, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, and Ke Huy Quan are the new additions to the second season.
