The 2024 Seoul International Drama Awards celebrated its winners in a star-studded event that highlighted some of the most prominent names in the drama industry. The awards, scheduled to be broadcast live later this month, recognized outstanding performances and contributions from across the globe.

At this year’s Seoul International Drama Awards, Lovely Runner stars Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon clinched the Outstanding Asia Stars Awards. Their win is a testament to their compelling performances in the hit drama. Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN's BSS took home the award for Best Korean Drama OST for their work on Queen of Tears.

The Golden Bird Prize, a prestigious honour given to individuals who have made a significant impact on the drama industry, was awarded to acclaimed South Korean director Park Chan Wook. Known for his films such as Decision to Leave and The Handmaiden, Park also contributed as a co-showrunner and executive producer for the HBO series The Sympathizer.
