Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas's untitled film, 'SSMB28' has finally got a release date, as the film will be releasing on Sankranti 2024 i.e. January 13, 2024. Mahesh Babu will be seen in an all-new mass avatar with 'SSMB28' marking the third collaboration with filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas and returning with him on screen after 12 years.

The new poster of 'SSMB28' features Mahesh Babu in an intense avatar with strong swag and style. The film will also feature Pooja Hegde as the leading lady opposite Mahesh Babu, whereas action choreographer Anbu-Arivu will be handling the stunt choreography.

The music composition will be handled by S Thaman. Ahead of its release, the post-theatrical streaming rights have already been sold to the OTT giant Netflix for a whopping amount.

In the post, red chilies are all over the air as Mahesh Babu arrives in style. Earlier, some of the best films of Mahesh Babu including 'Okkadu', 'Sarileru Neekevvaru', 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' were all released around Sankranti.

PS Vinod is the cinematographer, whereas AS Prakash art director and Navin Nooli is the editor. However, other details of the film are still under the sheets.

Pooja Hegde also took to her Twitter to repost the tweet and added the caption, "It's gonna be incredible. 13th January. See you in the theaters."

Talking about Mahesh Babu's work front, the actor has also joined hands with mega director, SS Rajamouli for his project 'SSMB29', which will be India's first Pan-Indian film and will be a globe-trotting adventure.
