Mahesh Babu, who is celebrating his 49th birthday today 9th of August, received a sweet birthday wish from Namrata Shirodkar. She shared a dashing picture of her husband on Instagram and stated that her life with him is ‘Blockbuster’. Namrata further called Mahesh ‘superstar’, her ‘love’ on the post. Their children Sitara and Gautam also penned a heartfelt note for their dad. Sitara called Mahesh ‘the best dad’ whereas Gautam called him the ‘superstar’.
Namrata wrote on Instagram, “Another year, another reason to celebrate the amazing man you are. Life with you is a blockbuster that just keeps getting better. Happy birthday my superstar, my partner, and my love. Here’s to many more ♥️♥️♥️ @urstrulymahesh.”

On the work front, Mahesh Babu was last seen in Guntur Kaaram. Trivikram Srinivas’s action drama also starred Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ramya Krishnan, Shamna Kasim, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Brahmanandam, Samyuktha Menon and Jayaram in prominent roles. Released on 12th January 2024, the movie did not work well at the box office. It is currently streaming on the popular OTT Platform Netflix in several languages Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
He will be next seen in SS Rajamouli's untitled project. As per reports, the role is said to be inspired by Lord Hanuman’s character. While the storyline of the movie is expected to showcase adventure and heroism set in the backdrop of African Jungles. However, not much about the plot has been revealed yet.
