After years of being in a long, warm, and admired relationship, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have decided to part ways. The duo has been a highly discussed couple in Bollywood, consistently showcasing their love and commitment to each other despite enduring relentless trolling and criticism. Now, reports claimed that Malaika and Arjun have intended to handle the break-up with utmost dignity.
According to Pinkvilla, "Malaika and Arjun had a very special relationship and both of them will continue to hold a special place in each other's hearts. They have chosen to part ways and will maintain a dignified silence in this matter. They won’t allow anyone to drag and dissect their relationship."
"They had a long, loving, fruitful relationship that has unfortunately run its course now. That doesn’t mean there is any bad blood between them. They respect each other hugely and have been a pillar of strength for each other. Over the years, they have given their relationship a lot of respect. They will continue to give each other the same respect despite them deciding to part ways. Both of them were in a serious relationship for years, and they expect people to be gracious enough to give them space at this emotional time," it added.

Arjun and Malaika's relationship rumours first surfaced in 2018 after they were seen together at a fashion show event. The speculation continued until Malaika's 45th birthday when they officially confirmed their union on social media. Following their announcement, they began spending time with each other's families, further solidifying their bond. Arjun also openly discussed their relationship during his appearance on Koffee With Karan, expressing his intentions to take their relationship to the next level.
Also, Arjun Kapoor made it clear that he prefers not to comment on his relationship with Malaika without latter's input. He emphasised that he would only discuss their relationship publicly if Malaika also addresses it openly. Arjun expressed his belief that it would be unfair for him to discuss the current status and future of their relationship alone in the public domain.

Arjun Kapoor is set to portray the antagonist role in Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again' and will follow it up with the comedic venture 'No Entry 2' directed by Anees Bazmee, where he will share the screen with Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh. On the other hand, Malaika Arora is keeping busy with endorsements and reality show appearances.
