Manoj Bajpayee REVEALS He Was Never Friend with Shah Rukh Khan: 'Uska Apna...'

Shah Rukh Khan and Manoj Bajpayee, both celebrated actors, emerged from the Delhi theatre scene. However, their career trajectories have veered in different directions. Shah Rukh Khan rose to prominence as the 'King of Bollywood,' excelling in mainstream cinema with iconic romantic roles, while Manoj gained acclaim for his intense performances in more offbeat, critically acclaimed films. Despite their shared roots, their careers have led them down distinct paths, resulting in limited interactions between the two.

Now, in an interview, Manoj Bajpayee mentioned that he doesn't meet Shah Rukh Khan, highlighting that they've become individuals from different worlds, and as a result, their paths don't cross. He elaborated that even during their Delhi days, their friendship wasn't extensive, as they had their distinct friend circles.

"Milna to nahi hota. Do alag alag duniya ke log hum ho chuke hai. To humare raastein nahi takrate. Uss samay bhi dosti aisi nahi thi, uska apna ek friend circle tha, mera apna ek friend circle tha. Ek hee group mein the hum log, jab ek hee group mein kaam karte ho to sabke saath jaan pehchaan hoti hai, sabke saath uthna baithna hota hai, sabke saath khana hota hai. (We don’t meet. We have become people from different worlds. So our paths don’t cross. Even at that time, our friendship wasn’t like that. He had his own friend circle, and I had mine. We were in the same group, and when you work in the same group, you get to know everyone, you sit and stand with everyone, you eat with everyone)," he told Jist.
