Marathi Actress Krutika Gaikwad Dismisses Pregnancy Rumours; Says ‘This Is Uterine Fibroids…’

Popular Marathi actress Krutika Gaikwad, who appeared in movies like Aashiyana, Vitthala Shappath, Dhumas and Bandishala, was recently making headlines for her pregnancy rumours. However, the actress has now dismissed all the reports regarding the same. She revealed that she is currently suffering from a health condition called Uterine Fibroids. In an Instagram post, Krutika enlightened her fans with the information about the disease. She also urged her female followers to do regular checkups before it turns out to be something serious.

Krutika wrote, “No I’m not pregnant this is Uterine Fibroids which developed over the years !.”

She continued, “What are fibriods : Fibroids are muscular tumors that grow in the wall of the uterus . Fibroids are almost always benign (not cancerous). Not all women with fibroids have symptoms. Women who do have symptoms often find fibroids hard to live with. Some have pain and heavy menstrual bleeding. Some of these growths are too small to see with the eyes. Others can grow to the size of a grapefruit or larger. A fibroid that gets very big can distort the inside and the outside of the uterus. In extreme cases, some fibroids grow large enough to fill the pelvis or stomach area. They can make a person look pregnant.”

“Please be aware ladies , do regular check ups with your Gynac , before it goes out of your hands,” she added.
