Meiyazhagan Box Office Collection Day 10: Karthik Sivakumar and Arvind Swamy starrer Tamil family drama movie has been roaring at the box office. The movie was released in theatres on September 27 in Tamil and Telugu languages. It faced a major box office clash with Jr NTR’s Devara: Part 1 but still managed to maintain a steady pace at the ticket windows. The movie saw a spike in numbers in its second weekend despite the festive season. 

Meiyazhagan Box Office Collection Day 10

Karthik Sivakumar and Arvind Swamy’s Tamil movie collected Rs 2.15 crore on Day 10. The net collection of Meiyazhagan stands at Rs 30.07 crore. It had an overall 32.88 per cent Tamil occupancy on Sunday and 23.48 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres. 

About Meiyazhagan

C Prem Kumar’s directorial revolves around a 40 year old man named Arumozhi Varman who revisited his hometown after two decades despite his wish. In the past, he was abandoned from the place due to several reasons. After setting out of the town for years, when he visited his village he met a young boy who changed his life forever. The movie touched several emotional chords of human feelings. It stars Karthik Sivakumar, Arvind Swamy, Sri Divya, Swathi Konde, Devadarshini, Rajkiran, Karunakaran, Sriranjini and Ilavarasu in key roles. The film has been produced star couple Jyothika and Suriya. It was made on a budget of Rs 35 crore. With the growing numbers at the box office, the movie will soon cross the budget mark.
