Indian Movies Sequels Releasing In 2024: Indian cinema has created several gems in recent years and has found a massive fan following. These blockbusters include 'RRR', 'Pushpa', 'Pathaan', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2', 'Singham' and several others. In 2024, many hit movies will release their much-awaited sequels and have created a lot of hype among the viewers.

In the second half of 2024, take a look at the list of Indian movies that will soon release their most awaited sequels.

1. Stree 2

'Stree' revolves around Vicky and his friends, who try to unravel the mystery of men disappearing from his village during the festivals. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Flora Saini and Abhishek Banerjee. Its sequel titled 'Stree 2' will hit the theatres on August 15, 2024.

2. Welcome To The Jungle

'Welcome To The Jungle' is going to be a comedy riot as Akshay Kumar is all set to return to the film franchise. The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Rahul Dev, Mukesh Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi, Inaamulhaq, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and Vrihi Kodvara. 'Welcome To The Jungle' will release on December 20, 2024.

3. Singham Again

'Singham Again' is the sequel to the 2014 movie 'Singham Returns'. Ajay Devgn will reprise his role of DCP Bajirao Singham. The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. It will hit the theatres on Diwali 2024.

4. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' is the spiritual sequel to the 2022 hit film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'. Kartik Aaryan will be seen as Rooh Baba again with Vidya Balan and Triptii Dimri joining the franchise. Madhuri Dixit has reportedly joined the movie as well. According to reports, Rooh Baba will go to Kolkata to find the truth behind the spirit of Manjulika. It is slated to release in 2024.

5. Metro In Dino

'Metro In Dino' will follow a similar format to 'Life In A Metro' and will focus on different couples in an urban setting. The movie stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. It will release in September 2024.

6. Raid 2

'Raid 2' is the sequel to Ajay Devgn's 2018 movie. The actor will reprise his role of IRS Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, whereas, Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor, and Gayathiri Iyer will be seen in pivotal roles. The movie is scheduled to release in 2024.

7. Dhadak 2

'Dhadak 2' will follow a similar theme to the first instalment but will have a different story. The movie will focus on a couple who belongs to a different caste and wants to be together despite the hurdles thrown at them by society. It stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles and will release on November 22, 2024.

8. Pushpa 2

The 'Pushpa' franchise revolves around the smuggling of red sandalwood trees in Andhra Pradesh's Seshachalam. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will reprise their roles in 'Pushpa 2'. The movie will release in December 2024.

9. Goodachari 2

'Goodachari 2' is a spy thriller and stars Adivi Sesh, Emraan Hashmi and Bandita Sandhu in the lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release in 2024.
