War 2 Review: On August 14, War 2 will hit the theaters in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and other languages. At the box office, the action-packed movie, which is regarded as one of the most anticipated movies of 2025, will compete with Rajinikanth led Coolie. YRF backed spy movie saw a ten-fold increase in pre-sales after Telugu shows opened, indicating that its advance booking numbers are promising.  War 2 marks the first collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. The film also features Kiara Advani in a key role.

War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster of the same name. A reviewer by the name @movireview_hub hailed the YRF backed movie. There are some terrific action scenes in the movie, and Hrithik Roshan is the star who carries the movie on his shoulder. Another Twitter user, namely @Its_CineHub dropped early review for Hrithik Roshan-Jr NTR led action movie  The filmmaker Ayan Mukerji was at the end of receiving accolades for the 'best spy universe film.'

Naga Vamsi attracted attention with his enthusiastic and assured comments on the movie and its cast at a promotional event in Hyderabad. According to Pinkvilla, Vamsi emphasized that War 2 should be seen as a 'true Telugu movie' in its own right rather than just a Bollywood movie that was translated into Telugu. He claimed that Jr. NTR's performance would surpass anything previously seen in Tollywood and commended director Ayan Mukerji for showcasing him in a visually stunning new role.

The anticipated budget for War 2 is Rs 400 crore, according to Bollywood Hungama. Reports state that Hrithik receives Rs 50 crore in compensation, plus an extra clause for profit-sharing, while Jr. NTR received an astounding Rs 70 crore. Additionally, according to the reports, Kiara received Rs 15 crore for her performance in this spy movie. The Censor Board of Film Certification gives War 2 a U/A 16+ rating (CBFC). There is no longer a two-second inappropriate gesture, one pornographic line, or a nine-second edit of Kiara's bikini scene.
