In celebration of 'Cinema Lovers' Day,' a special offer was introduced with tickets priced at 99 rupees for screenings on May 31, leading to the sale of 200,000 tickets in advance.

Mr. & Mrs. Mahi earned around Rs 7 crore in India net on its first day, demonstrating a strong start at the box office. On Friday, May 31, 2024, the film had an overall Hindi occupancy of 56.15%. According to Sacnilk, the morning shows saw 24.79% occupancy, which increased to 50.46% in the afternoon, 65.39% in the evening, and peaked at 83.95% during the night shows.
