B-town actors Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao are gearing up for the release of their much-anticipated movie, Mr and Mrs Mahi. On Wednesday, Janhvi shared a series of posters from the film which took the internet by storm. Mr and Mrs Mahi is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 31, 2024.
Mr and Mrs Mahi New Poster Out
Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and dropped new posters from Mr and Mrs Mahi. She wrote, “Miliye Mr aur Mrs Mahi se, inke liye life is cricket aur cricket is life cricket se badh ke, Mr Mahi only loves his dear wife #MrAndMrsMahi in cinemas on 31st May, 2024.”
In the first poster, Rajkummar and Janhvi are joyfully screaming at each other, clearly in a celebratory mood. The second poster shows them sharing a joyful moment together amidst a crowd at a game. In the third poster, both are smiling in a side profile shot.
About Mr and Mrs Mahi
The film is directed by Sharan Sharma, who first gained recognition with his initial directorial effort, ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’ is the second time Janhvi Kapoor has worked under Sharma’s direction.
Recently, Janhvi Kapoor engaged in promotional activities for "Mahi" at an Indian Premier League game held in Mumbai, featuring a match between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Mumbai Indians. During the event, she captured and shared several moments of her experience. Additionally, she posted some selfies taken in her car on her social media, accompanying the images with a caption that read, "Mahi's day out... Mr Mahi missed you there @rajkummar_rao," indicating her co-star Rajkummar Rao’s absence at the event.
