Despite the conclusion of Bigg Boss 17, controversies and disputes persist, grabbing attention in the media. A recent video featuring Ankita Lokhande dancing with Navid Sole has become a focal point on social media. Now, in a statement shared on Instagram, he clarified that the dance was purely for 'fun' during the celebrations after the 'Bigg Boss 17' finale. Navid Sole urged everyone to avoid spreading unnecessary rumors and encouraged a focus on 'positivity.'
Ankita and Navid developed a strong bond during their time in the Bigg Boss house, leading Ankita to extend an invitation to him for the house party she and her husband Vicky Jain hosted after the grand finale. However, Ankita received criticism from some netizens for their dance together on the song 'Tum Kya Mile.' In response, Navid took to social media to clarify the nature of the video and the camaraderie he shares with the Pavitra Rishta actress.
"Hello Everyone….I hope this message finds you in good spirits... I wanted to chat about the recent dance video that’s been making the rounds from Ankita and Vicky’s after-party. It seems there’s a bit of a buzz, and I thought it’s only fair to share my perspective on the matter," Navid wrote.
Navid addressed the unwarranted snarky comments, emphasising that the international star gained admiration in India through his participation in the show. "I’ve noticed some raised eyebrows regarding Ankita’s dance with me, and I get it. But let me assure you, it was all in good fun and nothing more. Ankita and I share a fantastic friendship and has been one of my best friends in the house. She supported me so much in the Bigg Boss house and have so much love for her."

"Before the rumour mill starts spinning, let’s take a step back and appreciate the positive energy of the event. Sometimes, a dance is just a dance, and in this case, it was about celebrating good times and enjoying the moment," he concluded.
