After helming films like Pa Paandi and Raayan, actor Dhanush came up with his third directorial titled Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK). The film starred Pavish Narayan, who made his acting debut in the lead role, alongside Anikha Surendran, Matthew Thomas, Priya Prakash Varrier, Rabiya Khatoon, Ramya Ranganathan, and Venkatesh Menon.

About NEEK Movie: The film revolves around a young chef named Prabhu (Pavish), who struggles after his past relationship with Nila. Despite going through emotional turmoil, he agrees to an arranged marriage set up by his parents and meets his childhood friend, Preethi. During their meeting, Prabhu shares his past love story and heartbreak with Nila. The story unfolds through love, heartbreak, and a journey of self-discovery. Dhanush, along with Kasthuri Raja and Vijayalakshmi Kasthuri, directed, wrote, and produced NEEK.
