Aamir Khan is not making headlines for his comeback with Sitaare Zameen Par, but also for his personal life. His relationship with girlfriend Gauri Spratt has been a topic of discussion ever since he introduced her publicly. Recently, he spoke about his wedding plans, during which he made a big revelation. Aamir revealed how he feels in his heart that he is already married to Gauri Spratt. The actor's first two marriages, with Reena Dutt and Kirran Rao, were unsuccessful, but he still maintains a cordial and friendly relationship with them. Now, he is experiencing love again in his life with his new partner.
Aamir Khan, who is head over heels and fully committed to Gauri Spratt, didn't hold back his feelings when asked whether wedding bells were on the horizon with her. In an interview with SCREEN, he said, "Well, Gauri and I are really serious about each other and we are in a very committed space. And we are, you know, we are partners. We are together. Marriage is something, I mean, in my heart, I’m already married to her. So whether it’s, whether we formalize it or not is something that I will decide as we go along."
Recently, Aamir, with Raj Shamani on his podcast show, opened up about he met Gauri unexpectedly. He stated, "Mere do gehre rishte rahe hain, Reena aur Kiran ke saath. Aaj bhi hum dost hain. Dil me izzat hai ek doosre ke liye. Mujhe lagta nahi kisi ke saath aisa bond banega. By mistake, Gauri aur main mile aur connect hue aur humari dosti badhi, pyaar badha, izzat badhi. To wo ho gaya. Maine plan nahi kiya."

The actor is riding high on the success of Sitaare Zameen Par, but being Mr Perfectionist, he has already started working on his next project, Mahabharat, which is going to be a series of films. Sharing more details on the same, Aamir said, "Well, I’m starting work on it in the month of August. It will be a series of films. It’ll be back to back. Because you can’t tell the Mahabharat in just one film. And you know, the Mahabharat is very dangerous. It’s again a story which is in my blood. No one can do anything about it. I need to tell it. So I’m starting work on it."
He also revealed that he is not planning to cast known faces for the epic Mahabharat.
Lal Singh Chadha actor added, "No, I don’t plan to take any known faces in the film. For me, the characters are the stars. I want unknown faces. There’ll be entirely new cast for it, is what I’m thinking."
Meanwhile, Aamir will also be seen in Coolie starring Rajinikanth. His first look from the special role has been creating a buzz on the internet. Fans can't wait to see him on the screens on August 14.
