Actor Akhil Akkineni and businesswoman Zainab Ravdjee officially tied the knot in Hyderabad on Friday. The wedding was attended by close family members and special friends. For the traditional Telugu wedding, Akhil opted for a simple pancha while Zainab dressed in an ivory saree paired with diamond jewellery. The cute pair made their relationship official earlier by posting engagement pictures. Akhil captioned the post, “Found my forever. Happy to announce that Zainab Ravdjee and I are happily engaged.” Several wedding photos have also emerged on social media, increasing fans' excitement and curiosity. In one photo, the couple can be seen seated beside each other, holding hands, while posing with guests. As Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala caught the paparazzi’s attention, other celebs like Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Prashanth Neel were also spotted making an early entry to attend the wedding function. A video captured by paparazzi showed Akhil joining his father Nagarjuna and brother Chaitanya during the dance in baraat. Bollywood songs like Mithun Chakraborty’s ‘I am a disco dancer’ and other popular hits from Amitabh Bachchan’s films made it to the playlist. The wedding took place at Annapurna Studios. It was built by Akhil’s grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao and was also the venue for Naga Chaitanya’s wedding with Sobhita Dhulipala, according to the reports in Money Control.

Who Is Akhil Akkineni’s Wife Zainab Ravdjee?

Akhil’s wife Zainab is an artist famous for her beautiful and abstract paintings. She is the daughter of the industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee. The 39-year-old artist has also stepped into the filmy world by being a part of MF Hussain’s film Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities alongside Tabu and Kunal Kapoor, playing the role of Naghma’s friend.
