Alia Bhatt recently visited the Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai, which is organised every year by the families of actors Kajol and Rani Mukerji. While the actor looked stunning in a yellow lehenga paired with a white full-sleeve blouse, one moment during the celebrations grabbed major attention. As she was making her way to the main area, a fan suddenly held on to her arm and refused to let go in order to click a picture. Despite the chaos, Alia handled the situation gracefully and showed patience.
During the visit, Alia was accompanied by a group of security personnel who surrounded her as she made her way through the pandal. In a video shared by paparazzi pages on Instagram, she was seen walking calmly when a female fan suddenly held her left arm and pulled her aside. The actor looked visibly surprised, while the security immediately tried to step in and free her from the hold. However, instead of panicking, Alia was seen politely asking her security not to escalate the situation. She reportedly told them that it was fine and then stopped to pose with the fan. After the picture was clicked, she walked away with a smile, saying there was no need to “create more chaos.” Fans on social media have since praised her for managing the situation with maturity and without losing her cool. Many pointed out that such incidents can feel overwhelming for celebrities, especially in crowded events, but Alia’s calm response made a strong impression.

Meanwhile, at the puja pandal, Alia was also seen chatting warmly with Rani Mukerji and clicking pictures with her, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, and actress Tanishaa. She later shared a series of photos from the puja celebrations on Instagram. Along with the post, she wrote the caption, “Light. Love. Shakti”, which reflected the festive spirit of the occasion. Her visit came a day after her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, was also spotted at the same pandal. Both Ranbir and Alia have previously collaborated with Ayan Mukerji on his magnum opus Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva.
