Allu Arjun Jubilee Hills House Case: Actor Allu Arjun has recently found himself in a legal dispute with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) over his commercial property in Jubilee Hills. According to reports, civic officials have pointed out irregularities in the construction of the building and have now served him a show-cause notice. The warning suggests that if the violations are not explained properly, part of the property could face demolition. The issue is connected to Allu Business Park, a commercial complex built by the actor and his family around two years ago on Road No. 45 in the upscale Jubilee Hills area. The building is not only linked to Allu Arjun’s family but also houses the offices of Geetha Arts, Allu Arts-related businesses, and other companies.

When permission was first granted, the sanctioned plan reportedly allowed construction on a plot size of around 1,226 square yards. The approval included permission for two cellars, a ground floor, and four upper floors. However, GHMC officials now claim that certain parts of the building were extended beyond what was originally approved. The main problem, officials say, is with a recent addition made to the fourth floor. According to the GHMC, this portion was built without securing the required approval from the civic body. Following this discovery, Deputy Commissioner Sammaiah of Circle-18 ordered an investigation and directed the issue of a formal notice.

As per officials, “A show-cause notice has been issued regarding the illegal construction made without permission on the Allu Business Park building located at Road No 45, Jubilee Hills, asking why it should not be demolished.” At present, Allu Arjun and his family have not made any public comment on the notice or the allegations surrounding the construction. This silence has only added to speculation about how the situation will develop.
