Rajvir Jawanda Accident: Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda is battling for his life in hospital after suffering severe injuries in a bike accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, a few days ago. The 35-year-old artist sustained critical head and spinal injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. His condition has been described as critical, with doctors reporting minimal brain activity and no major improvement despite intensive treatment. On 1st October, fellow Punjabi star Ammy Virk took to Instagram to share a hopeful message about Rajvir’s health, offering some comfort to his fans and followers.
In his post, Ammy Virk shared a picture of Rajvir from the hospital and wrote in Punjabi, which translates to, “Rajvir Vir’s heartbeat is now stable. Nature is showing its grace, and our prayers are having an effect. Stay strong. Rajvir is in high spirits.” Fans quickly filled the comment section with prayers, well-wishes, and messages of support for the much-loved singer. The Punjabi music industry has also shown an outpouring of concern, with several artists urging people to continue praying for Rajvir’s recovery.

Hospital’s Official Update On Rajvir Jawanda
On 30th September, Fortis Hospital issued a statement, reported by PTI, confirming that Rajvir’s neurological condition remains critical. He has been placed on ventilator support and is being monitored round the clock. Doctors revealed that medical tests showed hypoxic changes in his brain, meaning oxygen supply had been severely affected, along with serious damage to both the cervical and dorsal spine. This has left him with extreme weakness in all four limbs, making the situation life-threatening. The hospital added that despite advanced treatment, there has been no significant improvement in his brain activity so far.
Rajvir Jawanda’s Career
Rajvir Jawanda is a well-known figure in Punjabi music and cinema. He has given several hit songs including Kali Jawande Di, Mera Dil, and Sardari. Besides his singing and acting career, Rajvir is also known for his love of biking, often sharing videos of his rides through scenic hilly areas with his fans. On the other hand, just a day before the accident, Rajvir posted a video on Instagram promoting his upcoming song, completely unaware of the tragic turn his life was about to take.

Meanwhile, since the news of his accident, prayers and support have been pouring in from all corners. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann personally visited the hospital to check on his condition, underlining how deeply the incident has affected fans and well-wishers alike. Leading Punjabi stars including Diljit Dosanjh and Gippy Grewal have also shared messages online, urging people to keep praying for Rajvir as he continues his fight for survival.
