Bhool Chuk Maaf Box Office Collection Day 1: Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer romantic comedy movie released in theatres on May 23. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. Bhool Chuk Maaf was previously scheduled for an OTT release during India-Pakistan tensions. After the country’s situation was under control, the makers then announced the new theatrical release date. Well, that has turned out to be a profitable point for them as Bhool Chuk Maaf opened at the ticket windows on a very strong note. It marks Rajkummar Rao’s 4th highest opening of all time. The first three biggest openings of his career were- Stree 2 (Rs 64.80 cr), Mr & Mrs Mahi (Rs 6.85 cr) and Stree (Rs 6.83 cr). Now, Bhool Chuk Maaf marks another milestone for Rajkummar Rao’s career.

As per Sacnilk, Bhool Chuk Maaf earned Rs 6.75 crore on the opening day. The movie had 9.40 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 18.26 per cent in the afternoon shows, 18.52 per cent in the evening shows and 31.27 per cent in the night shows.

According to reports, the romantic comedy movie was made on a budget of Rs 60 crore.
About Bhool Chuk Maaf
The story revolves around a small-town man who lands a government job to marry the love of his life. But forget his promises, after which he gets trapped until he fulfils his promises. Bhool Chuk Maaf features Rajkummar Rao, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, Seema Pahwa, Zakir Hussain and Anubha Fatehpuria in key roles. It has been directed by Karan Sharma and produced by Dinesh Vijan under the production banners of Maddock Films, Maddock Films. The film has a runtime of 121 minutes.
