Did Bhooth Bangla Pass The Monday Test?
Bhooth Bangla saw a sharp drop of around 70% from its strong Sunday collections, which is common for big releases. Despite this decline, the film maintained steady footfall and collections, helping it successfully pass the crucial first Monday box office test.
Despite the weekday dip, Bhooth Bangla continued its overall strong run at the box office. With consistent earnings over its opening days, the film has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide, achieving a significant milestone early in its theatrical run.

In the past day, Bhooth Bangla has surpassed the domestic lifespans of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Samrat Prithviraj. In the post-pandemic era, it is currently Akshay Kumar's sixth-highest-grossing movie. Kesari Chapter 2 (94.48 crore) is the next goal, which will likewise put it in the top 5.
The movie centres on Arjun (Akshay), who lives in London, and his sister (Mithila). Their grandfather unexpectedly leaves her a fortune and a palace. In order to prepare the palace for his sister's impending wedding, Arjun travels to Mangalpur, India. However, it is said that no one in the village marries because Vadhusur comes and takes the wives. The remainder of the plot is formed by what transpires subsequently.
