Bigg Boss is one of the most controversial shows on television. Every season brings some twists, like contestants being asked to leave in the middle of the show due to their actions. One such instance occurred in Bigg Boss Season 10 with contestant Priyanka Jagga, who was thrown out of the house by the host and actor Salman Khan. During one of the most intense Weekend Ka Vaar episodes, the actor asked her to leave the house and even issued a warning to the Colors channel. As season 19 nears its premiere, Priyanka Jagga shared that the makers have approached her for this season and revealed that this opportunity seems to be the closure for her fight with the host 10 years ago.

Recap Of Bigg Boss 10: Priyanka Jagga And Salman Khan

Season 10 of Bigg Boss featured Priyanka Jagga along with Manveer Gurjar, Gaurav Chopra, Swami Om, Lopamudra Raut, Manu Punjabi and others. The show was hosted by Salman Khan. One of the weekend ka vaar episode became a major highlight when Salman put Priyanka in her place and issued a warning. While he asked her to leave the show, he also said, “I would request Colors TV, never to get her back, ever on this show. Not only on this show but on this channel. If she ever comes on this channel, I will never work with Colors ever again."

Despite Salman's warning, it seems that the makers of Bigg Boss want her back on the show, as Priyanka fits the Rajneeti theme of season 19.

Priyanka Jagga shared the news about being approached to be a part of the show on social media. Her post read, "10 years ago, I was part of a show called Bigg Boss. It changed my life—but not all of it was easy. I had a fight with the host, Salman Khan. And I walked away. From the show. From the glam world. From the noise. But now, out of the blue… Bigg Boss has called again. Yes—this season. They want me back. This season is all about RAJNEETI. Here’s the thing: I’ve healed. I’ve built a new life."

She further added, "I’m not chasing lights or headlines anymore. But this offer feels like a breakthrough. Not for fame. But maybe for closure. Maybe for courage. Maybe for something more. I’m torn. Should I say yes? Or walk away with peace? Tell me from your heart—what do you think?"

Bigg Boss 19 Premiere Date

Salman Khan is making his return as the host for season 19. The show will have its grand launch on August 24, 2025, on Colors TV and will stream on JioHotstar. Anticipation for the contestants has been growing as the show nears its premiere.
