Bigg Boss 19: Bigg Boss 19 contestant and influencer Awez Darbar has spoken out against the rumours surrounding his sudden elimination from the reality show. Soon after his exit, social media buzz suggested that he had opted for a voluntary exit and even paid a hefty penalty of Rs 2 crore to leave the house midway. However, Awez has strongly denied these claims, clarifying that he did not walk out on his own, nor did he pay any amount to the makers of the show.

In an exclusive chat with Telly Talk India the social media star Awez Darbar said, “I want to make it absolutely clear: I never took a voluntary exit. I didn’t walk out, nor did I pay anything to Bigg Boss to leave the game. I don’t even know how these false stories started in the first place.” Reacting to the reports that his family paid money for his exit, he added, “Log bol rahe the maine 50 lakh diye, 2 crore diye aur voluntary exit liya yeh sab bilkul galat hai. Maine kuch bhi nahi diya. Main khud shocked tha apne elimination pe. Agar main voluntarily nikalta toh main aur mera parivaar itna stunned kyun hote? Sab ro rahe the jab main ghar wapas aaya. Yeh sab afwaah hai.”

Meanwhile, Awez admitted that he was unprepared for his eviction and described how his family reacted. “I wasn’t prepared for it at all. When I came out of the BB house, I was numb. I didn’t know how to react. And when I reached home, my mom was equally stunned. Nagma broke down, my mom was crying  they couldn’t believe I was eliminated so early.” Sharing more about the shocking moment, he recalled, “When they announced my eviction, I could hear people saying things around me, but my mind just went blank. I felt that the people nominated with me deserved eviction more than I did, not me. I genuinely thought I had performed better than them. What is Neelam (Giri) even doing in the game?”

On the other hand, the dancer also expressed his disappointment at the timing of his exit. “That was the biggest shocker for me. Gauahar, my bhabhi, came into the show, and the same week I am out. Why would you call her to the show when they were planning all this?” When asked if he left to avoid confrontation with an alleged ex-girlfriend rumoured to enter the house, Awez clarified, “If I were afraid of it, there would have been something in the back of my mind telling me not to go inside, because something similar had happened on a previous show. If I felt stressed, I wouldn’t have gone in.”

Additionally, he also addressed the conspiracy theories directly, saying, “So whatever allegations are being made against me, I want to say the same thing to them: if you want something, don’t take it by stepping on someone else’s shoulder. At least speak the truth. There’s no point in spreading something that has no actual facts.” Issuing a warning, the influencer hinted at sharing his side of the story online, adding that he was ready to address those “provoking him.” He further insisted, “I did not give 2 crore to anyone. I haven’t given a single rupee.”

Although upset, Awez said he is choosing to focus on the positive response he has received. “I’m happy. I went in with respect and came out with respect. Nothing better could happen, because there are many contestants whose entire history geography, math, science is exposed, and it takes a lot of time to cover that. That didn’t happen with me, and if it had, Nagma wouldn’t be with me today.” Despite his shock at the eviction, Awez Darbar emphasised that he continues to receive immense love from fans online, where his clips and moments from the house remain widely shared.
