Bigg Boss 19: A viral video from an old concert has set social media buzzing, with many claiming that Bigg Boss 19 contestants Abhishek Bajaj and Ashnoor Kaur knew each other long before entering the show. The clip, which recently resurfaced online, shows Ashnoor dancing joyfully with a male companion whose face isn’t visible. Many viewers quickly assumed that the man was Abhishek, sparking rumours that their friendship inside the Bigg Boss house was pre-planned and not genuine. However, actor Nishant Singh Malkani has now stepped in to clear the air and defend his friend Ashnoor.

Reacting to the viral video, Nishant took to social media to clarify that the rumours were false and based entirely on a misunderstanding. He revealed that he, not Abhishek, was the person seen beside Ashnoor in the clip. “That arm with the sleeve at the start of the video is mine,” Nishant said, dismissing the speculation. “Ashnoor is like a little sister to me, and we attended that concert together. Please don’t spread misinformation.” He further explained that the video had been edited in a misleading way, making it appear as though Ashnoor and Abhishek were together, when in fact they were filmed separately at the same event months ago.

Meanwhile, the controversy grew after some online users began sharing screenshots, suggesting that the two had a prior friendship before joining Bigg Boss 19. Others accused them of staging their bond on the show for publicity. Nishant firmly denied these claims, urging people to stop jumping to conclusions based on short, out-of-context clips. “Social media can be very damaging when people spread rumours without checking facts,” he said, reminding fans that such assumptions could harm someone’s image unnecessarily.

On the other hand, inside the Bigg Boss house, the emotional impact of Abhishek Bajaj’s recent eviction was clearly visible. Ashnoor Kaur was seen breaking down and crying uncontrollably after his exit, showing just how close the two had become during their time on the show. Their genuine connection, which grew on-screen, continues to be a talking point among fans. While social media remains divided, Nishant’s clarification has put many of the pre-show friendship rumours to rest, proving once again how easily misinformation can spread in the digital age.
