Bigg Boss 19 Elimination Week 5: The controversial reality show Bigg Boss Season 19, hosted by Salman Khan, has been in the headlines since its debut on JioHotstar and Colors TV. With its new concept, 'Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar', blending unexpected twists and surprises, the show has kept viewers on edge. From no eviction twist for two weeks, to double elimination, followed by the introduction of the secret room twist, the show has been full of interesting surprises. So far, two contestants, Natalia Janoszek and Nagma Mirajkar, have been eliminated. Now, another BB19 housemate has shown the door. The episode brought a major shocker as Awez Darbar gets evicted from the show shortly after her sister-in-law gave him a reality check.

Bigg Boss 19 Elimination Week 5 Results

This week, Gaurav Khanna, Mridul Tiwari, Awez Darbar, Ashnoor Kaur, Pranit More, and Neelam Giri were nominated. Host Salman Khan announced the name of the eliminated contestant, Awez Darbar, who has been evicted from the show. The popular choreographer and influencer, with a massive following, made his exit after failing to secure enough votes compared to other nominated contestants. He has over 30 million followers on Instagram and 12.6 million subscribers on YouTube. During his appearances on the weekend episodes, Salman repeatedly reminded Awez of his fan following and his responsibility towards them. However, his low-key presence inside the house led to his elimination from the show.

During the elimination process, tension escalated among the nominated contestants, especially when the show's host asked Ashnoor, Pranit and Awez to walk behind a door, from where one of the contestants would be evicted. Building suspense, when the door opened for the second time, Awez was missing.

After Awez's eviction, his friends Abhishek Bakak and Pranit were seen getting emotional.

Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar

Salman was joined by avid viewer and Bigg Boss season 7 winner Gauahar Khan, who appeared on the show. She schooled her brother-in-law, Awez, for his gameplay in the show. She was heard saying, “Aap ka waha par kya ho raha hain Awez? If you don’t fight your battle, who will? Aap bilkul chup ho unn muddo pe jaha par aapko bolna chahiye. If you get lost then you have no chance in this show."

In the second episode of WKV, which aired on September 28, the Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari team, including Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul and Rohit Saraf, added humour with special tasks and dance performances on stage.

The episode also featured the guest appearances by Bigg Boss OTT 2 runner-up Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan, and comedian Harsh Gujral. They stirred things up among the contestants with their task and roasting.
