Bigg Boss 19 house is getting intensified with shifting dynamics, especially in Week 7, following the entry of a wildcard Malti Chahar. Another week is about to wrap up with an intense elimination segment and fiery fights among the BB19 contestants. In the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, host Salman Khan asks the housemates which friendships developed during the seven weeks of the show have now turned into sycophancy (chamchagiri). During the task, most housemates, including Abhishek Bajaj, Farhana, and Gaurav Khanna, named Neelam, but it was Kunickaa Sadanand's name-calling that shocked Neelam and left her emotional. Neelam lashed out at Kunickaa, warning her that if she started revealing everything about her, she wouldn't be able to handle it. Her anger quickly turned into an emotional breakdown.

In the latest BB19 promo, Tanya and Zeishan were seen calling Mridul a Chamcha. During the same task, Kunickaa confronted Neelam, saying, "I think you're a chamchi because you never take a stand for yourself." Her words triggered Neelam, who began shouting at her. Neelam then angrily responded, "If I start saying everything I see in you, you won't be able to hear me." After the heated confrontation, Neelam broke down in tears.

On Weekend Ka Vaar episode aired on Saturday, Salman gave Neelam a reality check, telling her she is a weak competitor and that no one sees her as a threat inside the house. After being schooled, Neelam expressed her disappointment, saying, "The other group will always remain in good books- Abhishek, Ashnoor, Kunickaa ma'am. What about us? Whatever we have been doing since the beginning, there is no appreciation for that." Tanya also agreed with her and added, “Even I became wrong. Today, Salman sir himself said that I am looking wrong."
