Bigg Boss 19: Salman Khan’s show has been steaming with high-voltage drama as contestants are doing their best to entertain viewers with their fights, debates, games, personal talks and food fights. Among all the participants, one housemate has grabbed the attention ever since she entered was Tanya Mittal. The social media influencer has been a victim of trolls inside and outside the house due to her unapologetic opinions and often flaunting her lavish lifestyle. Though it entertains fans a lot but it also generates massive backlash online. Amid so much controversy, Tanya’s family has issued a statement on her Instagram page.

Mittal’s parent expressed how much it affects them when they see people pulling down their daughter. They asked viewers not to drag the family and asked them to be kind towards her without judging until she completes her Bigg Boss journey.

Tanya Mittal’s family issued a statement, which read, “We cannot explain the mix of emotions we feel seeing our Tanya on the country's biggest reality show. As parents, nothing makes us prouder than watching her win hearts. But at the same time, nothing hurts more than seeing her being pulled down, made a target, and spoken about so cruelly, by people who don't even know her heart.”

Tanya continued, “To everyone questioning her or throwing allegations, we have only one request: please wait until her journey is complete before passing judgments. She deserves that much. Your reels and allegations may win you attention, but they leave scars that last a lifetime.”

“And please... we ask with folded hands, keep us, her family out of this,” the statement reads. “This is a very difficult time for us. We never imagined that our daughter, whom we raised with nothing but love, would be subjected to such negativity on such a public stage,” he added.

“All we can hope is that humanity and kindness prevail. Until then, we continue to stand by our Tanya, with love and with faith. We love you, stay strong like the boss we raised you to be,” the statement concluded.

Coming back to Tanya’s game, she has been nominated by the housemates for the second consecutive week. Along with her other contestants like Awez Darbar, Mridul Tiwari, Armaan Malik and Kunickaa Sadanand, Tanya has also been nominated for this week. In the first week of Bigg Boss 19, Salman Khan cancelled the elimination segment but stated that the coming weekend, there would be elimination round.
