Bigg Boss 19 Week 7 Nominations: Another week, another intense nomination task has shaken both contestants and viewers, leaving them on the edge of their seats. Bigg Boss assigned a new haunted playground task, dividing housemates into two families. Family 1 included Nehal, Kunickaa, Shehbaz, Abhishek, Gaurav, Amaal, and Tanya, while Family 2 consisted of Neelam, Pranit, Zeishan, Mridul, Baseer, and Ashnoor. Farhana, the current captain of the Bigg Boss 19 house, and Malti Chahar, the new wild card, were exempted from nominations. However, they were made 'Daayans' of the nomination task with special powers.

In the latest episode, aired on October 7, Bigg Boss asked both groups to impress the 'witches' by putting the opposite family in a negative light. Malti and Farhana were then asked to decide who would get “eaten" and thrown into the haunted pool. After five rounds, the final decision was taken by Malti, who chose Neelam, Pranit, Zeishan, Mridul, Baseer, and Ashnoor to face the elimination threat.

During the task, Gaurav Khanna competed against Neelam Giri. The tension escalated between them after Gaurav taunted her about taking control in the kitchen to remain in people's good books in the house. This left Neelam visibly frustrated and emotional.
Another emotional shift in dynamics occurred between Tanya Mittal and Malti Chahar during the task when Malti threw Tanya into the swimming pool. She cited the reason as Tanya's decision to wear a saree despite knowing the fact that she could be thrown into the pool, as a way to stick to her image of wearing a saree, as claimed by her inside the BB19 house.

Following this, Tanya was seen sobbing in the washroom area, and her friend Shehbaz came to console her.

Episode 45 also featured Neelam giving up on cooking duties, leading to intense drama and chaos inside the BB19 house.
