16 participants entered Bigg Boss Kannada Season 13 on September 6, 2026.

On the second day, a few contestants were given the chance to enter the house based on a task, while the other had to spend a day on a mock flight stationed at the entrance.

Contestants were split into two teams for the duration of the week: flight-mates and housemates. The teams competed, and the results determined the list of nominees.
