The weekend episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 9 sent fans into nostalgia after witnessing the reunion of Nagarjuna and Shilpa Shirodkar. The actress graced the Diwali special episode of Nagarjuna-hosted show to promote her upcoming film Jatadhara with Sonakshi Sinha and Sudheer Babu. Nagarjuna expressed his excitement about reuniting with Shilpa on stage, with whom he worked in the 1992 film Khuda Gawah. The film also starred Amitabh Bachchan and the late Sridevi. This reunion left fans buzzing online.
Bigg Boss Telugu 9: Nagarjuna, Shilpa Shirodkar Reunite
During the weekend episode, Nagarjuna was seen bringing Shilpa Shirodkar on stage himself, expressing his joy to Sonakshi Sinha, who was already on stage, saying, "I had to do that. We worked together, and she was my heroine a long time ago. She was my heroine in Khuda Gawah." Sonakshi responded, “She (Shilpa) just told me. And she made me hear the song as well."

He later asked Shilpa about her role in Jatadhara, which is set to hit theatres on November 7th 2025, in Telugu and Hindi.

Shilpa Shirodkar also shared her excitement and posted on her Instagram story. Her post read, “WOW! Life comes full-circle.
