BTS' Jimin has once again demonstrated his kind heart and generosity by making a significant donation to support children's education in Jeonbuk, South Korea. On September 25, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education confirmed that Jimin's representatives had expressed their intention to donate 100 million KRW (approximately Rs 65 lakh or $75,000 USD) back in July. This thoughtful gesture will go towards providing scholarships for students in elementary, middle, high and special schools across North Jeolla Province.

The donation process was arranged through Jimin's father, who personally reached out to the provincial office to discuss the details of the donation. He later ensured that the funds were transferred to the Love Scholarship Foundation account. This scholarship program aims to support not only academically outstanding students but also those who are struggling financially.

Jimin returned from his mandatory South Korean military service in 2025. He is now preparing for full-length album with other BTS members V, Jungkook, Jin, Jhope, Suga and RM. The group begam producing the album in the US in July 2025. He recently interacted with fans on Weverse in April 2025, discussing his post-military life and excitement for returning to the stage.
